We do want to make sure that you are happy with your order but we do understand that occasionally you may need to send something back. 

Returns can be accepted up to 14 days after your purchase but must be a new and unused condition.

Return costs remain your responsibility and it is also your responsibility for your return to be delivered. For higher value goods, we recommend using a tracked delivery service as on rare occasions parcels can be lost in transit. 

If your return is not delivered and is lost in transit, you would need to contact your courier regarding compensation for loss.

We are unable to refund or exchange an order if we do not receive your return. If you are sending something back, please include your order ID or reference number so we know who you are.

IMPORTANT: All returns must be unused/unopened and in their original packaging material. Essentially returns need to be in a re-saleable condition and some products are no-longer in this condition when they are opened.

Repacked Items / Flat Packing

We may repackage some products so that the dimensions are reduced to a large letter. We find that most people prefer this as it means that your package will fit through a standard letterbox without any need to be collected from a collection point.

All repackaged/flatted products are brand new and have been packaged carefully by our carefully trained staff and are assured to be brand new.
